Charles asks…What percentage market share is there for new musicians?Hi!
I'm just learning about music and wanted to start my own band. I just wanted to know what is the percentage market share for new musicians in the industry? Like out of every 5 established artists/groups/bands (e.g. Linkin Park, Lady Gaga etc.) how many are there that aren't that popular? Some hard figures would be appreciated, like any links to any articles etc.
