Who first described Bells Palsy?
Sir Charles Bell (1774-1842) Scottish anatomist and doctor. Charles Bell used to be an excellent Scottish doctor-anatomist who used to be introduced up in Edinburgh as the son of an episcopal clergyman. In 1801 he left town after a heated argument with the school of medication because each he and his eldest brother John have been denied surgical positions at the Royal Infirmary sanatorium.
