Mandy asks…Can someone tell me WHY 2001: a space odyssey is considered "great"?First off I am not going to pretend I've seen this whole movie, I am currently watching it right now, I'm almost 1/2 way through it, yet I can't keep myself from wanting to vent prematurely how shocked I am at how BAD this movie is.
I rented it because I love SciFi, Space Exploration and Films in general.
I have seen this on countless Top 10/25/50/100 Lists of greatest movies of all time.
