Girls sometimes call me adorable too :(admin answers:Hot is more of a sexual thing. Like you're sexually attracted to that person. Cute is a bit of the same thing just more.. Toned down I guess you could say? It's still an attraction to somebody but it's not as sexual as calling someone "hot." Hahah I have no idea
